This notice explains what happens when you join the Body in 10® waiting list on bodyin10.com.

Who we are

Rising Health Limited is the data controller. You can contact us at enquiries@risinghealth.co.uk.

What we collect

Your first name (optional), your email address, the date you joined, where you heard about us (for example a printed card or a talk) and a record of your consent.

Why we use it

To send you the free 10-day plan, to tell you when the Body in 10® programme opens, and to send occasional emails about the programme. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

We never sell your details. They are stored securely with the service providers we use to run this website and send our emails, only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the programme does not go ahead, we will delete the list.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. You also have the right to see, correct or delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
